Text Section

The Text Section component allows website administrators to create a simple text section ideal for displaying large blocks of content, such as privacy policies or documentation pages.

This component offers several configuration options, divided into the following categories:

Settings This section contains general settings that apply across all components within the system:

  • Hide on Mobile/Tablet/Desktop: Pick whether to hide, or show this component independently on mobile, tablet, and desktop resolutions via a set of three checkboxes.
  • Desktop/Mobile Padding: Adjust the top and bottom padding for both desktop and mobile views.
  • Section Background Colour: Select a background colour from a pre-configured list of brand colours.
  • Section Content Colour: Choose the text colour from a pre-configured list of brand colours for the content displayed within the section.
  • Section Width: Set the width of the component, determining how it aligns within the page.
Animation Administrators can select from seven entrance animation options for the component:

  • None
  • Slide in from the top
  • Slide in from the bottom
  • Slide in from the left
  • Slide in from the right
  • Fade in
  • Grow in
Content Includes a single ‘Content’ WYSIWYG field, which controls the content output on the website. This field supports rich formatting such as bold, italics, creation of inline links, bullet lists, numbered list items, and inline changes to the text colour.
